Specs and plans can be scanned and burned to CD for reference or distribution, or entire projects could be burned, at time of job completion. Color renderings can be copied or digitized at various resolutions and formats. Archiving of historical originals would permanently save the information, and makes the document readily available. Furthermore, weather damage to plans and document storage space will be greatly reduced. |
